Job Description

Procurement Supervisor (Male/Female) 1 post
Location : Yangon
– Researches the local market for various suppliers to ensure competitive prices for the materials to be procured.
– Sourcing the vendors for tower construction and power installation services and material suppliers of telecom maintenance services
– Keeps a good database of all local suppliers with their respective prices and payment terms
– Sustains a positive and healthy supplier relationship.
– Reviews/Evaluates vendors/suppliers and supply options
– Aligns with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality and delivery requirements.
– Monitors inventory
– Handling RFQ processes
– Negotiations with vendors/ suppliers to achieve the target rate and operational requirements
– Coordination with stakeholders for understanding of operational requirements (drawings, scope of work, BOQ, quality and timeline)
– Vendor selection and registration process as per company compliance policy
Perform purchase order generating as per company local purchasing and vendor services policy
Follows up activities to close the purchase orders
Invoice and supporting documents checking, uploading to system and submission to finance
Solving problems with vendors/ internal stakeholders for the process and activity gaps
Document filings
Perform all the activities as per internal audit’s quality compliance policy
Reporting to manager and internal stakeholders
Othe task assigned by manager
· Must have Procurement Experience
· Must be Responsible Person/Timely Respond Manner
· Must have knowledge in Vendor Negotiation / Problem Solving / Communication
· Able to speak English to communicate
