Job Description
- MMI Advertising Limited Yangon Area တွင် SAMSUNG Area Manager တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ရန်
Area Manager : Male/Female
(1 Post for Yangon)
Salary & Incentive : 560000 MMK + Sales Incentive
Main Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma or above in any related field
– Ability to travel Locally
– Ability to work in Market
– Ability to work under pressure & timeline
– At least 2 years experience in electronics sales and marketing field is highly valued (OR) 2 years experience in consumer products
– Good interpersonal and communication skills to deal with customers (mobile shops) and master dealers
Main Responsibilities:
– Manage team members to drive sell out target achievement, routing plan and market share
– Manage team performance, coach and motivate
– Build relationship with key customers in order to drive Samsung performance
– Propose improvement plan for promoter allocation, trade deal, incentive scheme etc ..
– Provide report back to Samsung management
– Monitor all KPIs and take actions on daily basis
– Ensure effectiveness of Samsung promotion programs
